Dan Felean is one of the principals of PensEra Knowledge Technologies where he is responsible for marketing, communications and business relations. He has more than twenty years experience in technology and law, both as a lawyer and as a consultant to law firms and corporate law departments. Dan has an in-depth understanding of law firm dynamics and lawyer-client information requirements.

Dan practiced law in Michigan for several years, and he has held senior management level positions in several software companies. He is a regular speaker at industry groups and association conferences addressing the issues and challenges of making technology work in a professional practice environment. Dan also contributes articles on technology to several legal specialty publications, including “Lexpert” magazine, The Lawyer’s Competitive Edge, LawNet’s Peer to Peer Newsletter and others.
