Montreal, QC – April 24, 2006 – PensEra Knowledge Technologies announces the release of “No Time Left Behind,” a suite of mobile time capture enhancements for TimeKM Mobile (version 4.0) to streamline time and billing capabilities on BlackBerry® devices. The new enhancements ensure that virtually every mobile phone call and every email opened or sent from a mobile attorney’s BlackBerry device are automatically captured and accounted for in the attorney's TimeKM timesheet back at the office. 

When a TimeKM Mobile user finishes a phone call or email, the system automatically sends a formatted time entry of the activity to the attorney’s TimeKM timesheet back at the office. No additional action is required, so the attorney cannot forget to capture each mobile activity. Later, in the comfort of the office, the attorney or his/her assistant can evaluate, assign and finalize all communication activities for potential billing or reporting. 

Since not all attorneys work the same way, each user can personalize their capture options to suit their preferred work habits. Capture methods available to them include “Jot It Down”, “Tag and Send” and now with Version 4.0, “Remind Me”.
